Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We specialize in premium honey and wellness body products (including food-grade honey and cosmetic body care items). Because of the nature of these products, we maintain a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy as outlined below.
1. No Returns or Refunds on Opened or Used Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or altered in any way.
This policy applies to all honey (a food product) and wellness body products (cosmetic items). Once the packaging seal is broken or the product has been used, we cannot resell the item. This protects all customers from potential contamination or safety risks.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective (for example, broken container, leaking product, or clearly spoiled honey), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review:
Send an email to meknassianaturalproduct@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged/Defective Order – Order #”your order number”.
Include clear photo proof showing the damage or defect (multiple angles if possible).
Provide your order number and delivery date.
We will review each case promptly. If the claim is verified, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement. Claims received after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Other Important Notes
All sales are final.
We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery (e.g., due to customer mishandling or improper storage).
This policy complies with standard U.S. consumer protection guidelines for perishable food and personal-care cosmetic products.
